Bu koşullar, Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) ile birlikte Hatırla Öde'yi kullanımınızı düzenler. Bu koşullar ile Apple EULA çelişirse, kapsadığı konularda Apple EULA geçerlidir. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, ülkenizdeki emredici tüketici koruma mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Hatırla Öde, Türkiye'de yerleşik bireysel geliştirici Emre Keskin ("biz") tarafından sunulur. İletişim: plustekno1@gmail.com. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında, App Store Kullanım Kuralları'nın izin verdiği şekilde Hatırla Öde'yi kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, (yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında) tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz, kiralayamaz, dağıtamaz veya rakip bir ürün geliştirmek için kullanamazsınız.
Ücretsiz sürüm temel ödeme hatırlatmalarını içerir. Hatırla Öde Pro, satın alma ekranında gösterilen özelliklerin kilidini açar. Özellikler ve ücretsiz sürüm sınırları gelecek sürümlerde değişebilir; uygulamada zaten bulunan verileriniz erişilebilir kalır.
Hatırla Öde Pro, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak sunulur. Bazı planlar uygun yeni aboneler için ücretsiz deneme içerebilir. Fiyatlar uygulamada ve App Store'da, geçerli vergiler dahil yerel para biriminizde gösterilir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında veya ücretsiz denemede deneme bittiğinde Apple Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı fiyat ve aynı dönemle otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan (iPhone Ayarlar › [adınız] › Abonelikler) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; erişim ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder. Abonelik satın aldığınızda ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
Tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından işlenir. İadeler Apple'ın politikalarına göre reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapılır; doğrudan iade yapamayız. Ülkenizin mevzuatı dijital içerik için cayma hakkı tanıyorsa, hizmetin hemen başladığını ve yasanın izin verdiği durumlarda bu hakkın abonelik başladığında sona erdiğini kabul edersiniz; bu, Apple'ın iade politikalarını veya yasal haklarınızı etkilemez. Fiyat artarsa Apple sizi bilgilendirir ve gerektiğinde yeni fiyat uygulanmadan önce onayınızı ister. Satın alımlarınız görünmüyorsa Ayarlar › Satın alımları geri yükle'yi kullanın.
Girdiğiniz veriler size aittir; bunları almayız ve üzerlerinde hak iddia etmeyiz. Sakladığınız içerikten ve yasalara uymaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Başkalarına ait bilgileri (ör. alacak/borç kayıtlarındaki kişi adları) girerken kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatına uymayı, uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarını takip etmek veya baskı altına almak için kullanmamayı ve satın alma ya da kullanım sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Gizlilik Politikamız, cihazınızdan hangi sınırlı verilerin çıktığını ve GDPR, KVKK, CCPA/CPRA ve LGPD gibi mevzuat kapsamındaki haklarınızı açıklar.
Hatırla Öde'nin adı, tasarımı, metinleri, simgeleri ve kodu bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Uygulamadaki bildirim sesleri, ticari kullanıma izin veren Pixabay İçerik Lisansı kapsamındaki kayıtlardan uyarlanmıştır. Uygulama, satın alma altyapısı için RevenueCat SDK'sını kendi lisansı kapsamında kullanır. Apple ve App Store, Apple Inc.'in ticari markalarıdır.
Özellikleri güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir, uygulamayı sunmayı durdurabiliriz. Ücretini ödediğiniz özellikleri aktif abonelik döneminiz boyunca erişilebilir tutmaya çalışırız. Kullanmaya devam etmek için güncelleme gerekebilir. Bu koşulları değiştirebiliriz; yeni sürümü yeni yürürlük tarihiyle burada yayımlar, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde veya sürüm notlarında bildiririz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz onları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir; kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakın ve aboneliğinizi iptal edin.
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Hatırla Öde "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisiz çalışma veya her bildirimin zamanında iletileceği dahil açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez. Bazı ülkeler bu istisnalara izin vermez; bu durumda yalnızca izin verilen ölçüde uygulanır ve yasal haklarınız (ör. AB, Birleşik Krallık ve Türkiye'deki yasal uygunluk güvencesi veya Avustralya Tüketici Hukuku güvenceleri) etkilenmez.
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; kaçırılan veya geciken ödemeler, gecikme faizleri, cezalar, kredi notu etkileri, veri kaybı, kâr kaybı ya da dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda Hatırla Öde için Hatırla Öde Pro için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlar; kasıt veya ağır ihmal, ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya yaralanma ya da emredici tüketici mevzuatı gibi yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluklara uygulanmaz.
Hatırla Öde'yi dilediğiniz zaman silerek ve aboneliğinizi iptal ederek kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları esaslı şekilde ihlal ederseniz lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. 3, 9, 10, 12 ve 13. maddeler sona ermeden sonra da geçerlidir.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Merkez) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketicilerin yerleşim yerlerinde dava açma veya o ülkenin hukukunu uygulatma hakkı saklıdır. Türkiye'deki tüketiciler kanuni sınırlar içinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilir. AB'deki tüketiciler Avrupa Komisyonu'nun çevrim içi uyuşmazlık çözüm kaynaklarını da kullanabilir. Sorunları her zaman doğrudan çözmeyi tercih ederiz; lütfen önce bize yazın.
Bu koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle bizim aramızdadır. Apple, Hatırla Öde'den ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir, bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur ve uygulamayla ilgili hiçbir talepten (ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk veya fikrî mülkiyet talepleri dahil) sorumlu değildir. Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir ve yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve bunları size karşı uygulayabilir. ABD Hükümeti ambargosuna tabi bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı veya ABD Hükümeti'nin yasaklı ya da kısıtlı taraflar listesinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Herhangi bir hüküm uygulanamaz bulunursa geri kalanı geçerliliğini korur. Bir hükmü uygulamamamız ondan feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez. Bu koşullardan doğan haklarınızı devredemezsiniz. Bu koşullar, Apple EULA ve Gizlilik Politikası, Hatırla Öde hakkında sizinle aramızdaki sözleşmenin tamamıdır.

These terms, together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your use of Remember & Pay. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for matters it covers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
Remember & Pay is provided by Emre Keskin, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). Contact: plustekno1@gmail.com. By downloading or using Remember & Pay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Remember & Pay on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), resell, rent or distribute the app, or use it to build a competing product.
The free version includes basic payment reminders. Remember & Pay Pro unlocks the features shown on the purchase screen. Features and free-version limits may change in future versions; data you already have in the app stays accessible.
Remember & Pay Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Some plans may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app and in the App Store in your local currency, including any applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly. If your country's law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you agree that the service starts immediately and, where the law allows, that this right ends once the subscription begins; this does not affect Apple's refund policies or your statutory rights. If a price increases, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies. If a purchase doesn't show, use Settings › Restore Purchases.
The data you enter remains yours; we do not receive it or claim any rights in it. You are responsible for the content you store and for complying with the law, including data protection law when you enter information about other people (for example names in receivable/debt records). Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to track or pressure other people, and do not attempt to circumvent purchase or usage limits.
Our Privacy Policy explains what limited data leaves your device and your rights under data protection laws such as GDPR, KVKK, CCPA/CPRA and LGPD.
Remember & Pay, its design, text, icons and code are owned by us or our licensors. Notification sounds are adapted from recordings licensed under the Pixabay Content License, which permits commercial use. The app uses the RevenueCat SDK for purchases under its own licence. Apple and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
We may update, change or discontinue features, and may stop offering the app. We aim to keep features you paid for available for your active subscription period. Updates may be required to keep using the app. We may change these terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or the release notes. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the changes; if you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, Remember & Pay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that every reminder will be delivered on time. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in that case they apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights (for example the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU, UK and Türkiye, or the Australian Consumer Law guarantees) are not affected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed or late payments, late fees, penalties, credit score effects, loss of data or profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Remember & Pay Pro in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
You may stop using Remember & Pay at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 3, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central), without prejudice to mandatory rules that give consumers the right to sue in, or apply the law of, their country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts within the limits set by law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution resources. We would always prefer to resolve issues directly: please contact us first.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Remember & Pay or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. These terms, the Apple EULA and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Remember & Pay.
